Power vacuum pumps advantages
Vacuum pumps for handling or pneumatic ejector makes it possible to suck in air or any other gas contained in a closed chamber, in order to reduce the pressure. In the medical field, it is used at low working pressure (3.5 Bar). BCVIP ejectors are often used for handling materials or clamping small parts. They can be used with several suction cups. The flow rate of the BCVIP ejectors is high and the pressure is less sensitive to wear on the suction cup. .Power Vacuum Pumps applications
• Used for high flow vacuum needs in porous materials, cartons and pressed wood.
• Low working pressure 3.5 bar
.
Options
• Air silencer FFS 1/2’’ • Kit energy saving pneumatic and electric 1/4’’
Applications Heavy-duty In-line Ejectors
The main advantage of the VR series in-line ejectors is that they can be mounted directly on the suction cup, which simplifies plumbing. By integrating the ejector on the suction cup, we obtain a localized vacuum and, therefore, the possibility of obtaining multiple independent grips, even in the absence of objects. It is also possible to supply vacuum to two or more suction cups using a G1/4’’ T-shaped fitting. .Advantages of this ejectors
• Wide range • Adaptable to all industries • Lightweight and compact • Reduced gripping time • Direct installation on suction cups • Excellent mechanical resistance • Blow-off option • Extended range of suction flow rates • No clogging
Kit Energy Saving, applications and advantages
This kit is intended to monitor the consumption of compressed air on the BCVIP4, BCVIP8, BCVIP12 and BCVILP16 multistage ejectors.
• The Electric Energy Saving Kit uses the Electric Vacuum Switch BSP100E.
• The Pneumatic Energy Saving Kit uses theElectric Vacuum Switch BSP100P.
